Got Some Time?

We always take the time to pamper ourselves, especially during bath time.

Personally, I love to use shower gels with scents that I love, and enjoy the sudsy produce of my trusted sponge lily. I don't know if it's just me - I love moisturizing soaps - but nothing beats the comfort and luxury of a bath gel and lily.

The Not-so Impossible Dream

They say, unicorns only exist in the fantasy world and in fairy tales.

Well, I'm so happy that unicorns exist in the blogging world. And these unicorns dream!

Unicorns Dream, also known as Denise in the real world, also known as the brain child behind Love Naturals, is celebrating her birthday month with a box full of surprises. I can now see how lucky the winner will be. I can only hope.

My family had a great time, thanks to Mister Donut. I was one of the winners in their Missing Lyrics Contest in Facebook. One random winner was drawn daily for a limited time last April.

Lucky me, I was the winner for the final day. It was a perfect post-birthday treat, and I was able to share it with more family and friends. We were able to enjoy Snack Boxes from KFC, my favorite Garden Salad and of course, the famous KFC gravy.

Soda Stream from Earth

I rarely have soft drinks. When the family does, I ask for some, maybe 2-3 sips would be enough to tame the craving.

But when I saw this being given away by Earthlingorgeous, I just had to join. I would welcome the idea that you can make orange soda or juice soda and whatever else you might imagine to try. Who wouldn't? You have complete control of the flavor. Just don't run out of carbon :)

A Full March I Had

How time flies! The whole of March, I spent some time orienting hubby with the Internet! We both have developed typing skills. Maybe just a difference with the speed :)

So our first stop was Electronic Mail! We've covered the basics - entering username and password, learning the left side bar for navigation and sending email. Added bonus were attaching a picture and saving an email to drafts. We didn't touch our filters yet but had the kids set them for us. We know how to click on them just as we click the mainstays - Inbox or Sent Mail or Spam.

Beauty Treats from Shen's Addiction

I was reading through Shen's Twitter and realized how dedicated she is to improve her skin, thereby benefiting all her blog readers. And she's now celebrating 3 years online. And I quote:

Readers, would it be so bad that i admit i don't test products just for you but mainly because i want to improve my skin? :) hehehe! Quite honesty beauty blogging is a very personal thing for me. What is a Quirk?

A quirk to me sounds like an unusual word. So if I were to define it, then it should pertain to something unusual too.

Lipstick Lover Wants to Blush

This mama (and gramma) loves lipsticks!

Yes, I admit to that vanity. And at each purchase, I get 3 differing colors. With such quantity at each buy, I get to stock quite a number. And I throw some to the bin with such hesitancy as soon as they reach expiration or smell and taste funny.

But I will confess though that blushes make me afraid. I put on some, but rare are those times. I haven't quite perfected the art to it. And I say it's never too late to learn, right?
